  I am trying to add in a plugin for Kimo King giveaways however when I go to plugins and try to hover over to add, it does not come up. What do I do so I can add a plugin.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While WordPress.com offers a lot of plugin functionality, you cannot add your own plugins or themes; this is only available on the self-hosted version of WordPress.org.
