  Hello, it’s there a WESTERN UNION DONATION plugin on WordPress.com that I can use on my blog.

  Typically Western Union needs the address and personal information from both the sender and receiver, so I don’t see this as being viable for a plugin or any online donation medium. You may try one for PayPal or other online donation platforms, such as gofundme or the like.
