  hello, which plugin setting can allow visitors or users upload their own video direct to my site.i want to make a video sharing website, where visitors can uploud their own video to my website, without go to Admin setting.thanks

  Hi there!

  This isn’t really possible here at WordPress.com. One thing you could try is encouraging your readers to upload to YouTube or elsewhere, and then share the link on your site.

  You could even create a form, if you want to review their submissions, and embed them yourself:
