  How do I install WPForms for free? it says it’s free but then asks me to upgrade to the business plan.

  Is there a particular reason you want to use that plugin? WordPress.com comes with a contact form feature built in, so you don’t need a separate contact form plugin, and we also support integrations with several other forms without the need for any plugins:
