  Is it possible to add a plug in to your platform ? Such as Woocommerce for example ? Or https://wordpress.org/plugins/booking/ ?

  It is not possible to add a plug in to WordPress.com. WordPress.com only allows the built-in plugins and plan plug-ins. For more information on plugins, you can find it here.
