  I tried to add external plugin, but there’s no way or option for me to click on. I am currentlyusing the Free plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @adrianyeowblog,

  On WordPress.com it’s not possible download new plug ins online, and then install them on your site. For this you would need a self hosted WordPress.org site. WordPress.com sites do already have a lot of plug ins installed to choose from. The team behind WordPress.com manages this, and you can’t add new ones yourself. However, if there is one plugin you find online whose features you feel would benefit users on WordPress.com, they encourage users to let them know about this in the ideas forum:
