  iam trying to add new plugins for my free website.but iam unable to do so

  Hi @shahidafrid526,
  Sorry… but we are not allowed to upload/add custom plugins on sites hosted on WordPress.COM. You are only limited to the built-in plugins that already come with WordPress.COM.

  Check the list of the the built-in plugins and see if there anything that can work for you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, if you wish to request a plugin, and you feel that it’s features will be useful to the users on WordPress.COM, then you can post your idea on the ideas forum.

  cant i delete the any of plugin and add new one

  @shahidafrid526, no you can’t do that either.
  Every plugin is by default active on your site(except some that requires an upgrade). Check here: https://wordpress.com/plugins/, you cannot delete or disable them.
