  hello,
  after I get the business plan or $25/month, will my site be self-hosted? and will I have free excess to all those plugins to install? Or do I still have to pay the plugins membership fees?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When you get the Business Plan your site will still be hosted at WordPress.com, not self-hosted. You will have access to the Plugins and Themes.

  That being said, for Plugin memberships or Premium versions of the plugin you will still need to go through the Plugin author, similar to a self-hosted site.
