  I am trying to create a web site similar to this web address where businesses are able to put in their information etc as shown on this web address:

  Howdy,

  I see what you are referring to and since this seems to be a commerce type of feature I would refer you over to WooCommerce, an extension of WordPress.

  You would need to upgrade from a free site to a paid site to be able to have this sort of feature on your site, but it would be able to do what you are wanting.
