  Unless you have a wordpress.COM hosted site with a Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you cannot install any plugins in addition to those that are built in to all of our sites.

  There is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted sites.

  Also note that if you upgrade to a Business plan and install plugins, and then downgrade to a lower plan, the plugins and all features unique to the Business plan will no longer be available for your use.

  Please correct me If I am wrong, I am assuming you want to install plugins & by install articals you mean add a new blog post.

  Please follow the below steps to install plugins:
  1.Go to My Site → Plugins, and click the Add Plugin button.
  2.You’ll see a showcase of some of the most popular plugins, as well as featured plugins and new additions. You can also search for plugins by functionality or look for a specific plugin that you’ve heard about.
  3.After you click on a plugin name, you’ll see a button to install it on your site. You can also read all about the plugin – what new functionality it provides, how it works, and how to adjust its settings.
  4. Click on install button.

  For adding a new blog post, please follow the below steps:
  1.You can start creating post by clicking the “Write” button on the right side of the toolbar at the top of your screen or by clicking on My Sites, then on Add next to “Blog Posts.” This will create a draft post on your blog and open up the post editor.
  2. In the top field, insert a title for your post & in the large area below the title, write your post. To add more interest, use the formatting buttons, which you may recognize from a word processor.
