  I am developing a doctor appointment booking website .. I need a booking plugin and rating plug in for my my website can u help me to find me a free of a cost plugin

  You will be able to install plugins and themes only with the Business plan from WordPress.com.

  I have used Appointments plugin from wpmudev.org in the past. It has nice features, you can sign-up for trial for 30 days and try out the plugin and continue using it even after the trial period is finished. But you will not get any plugin updates later on. Their chat support will help you in setting up the plugin completely.
