  Hello, I am interested in create my web site and in all the tutorials in youtube they add plugins without problems and in my case WordPress tell me that I need a Bussines plan to do that. Is it that new?

  Previously, no WordPress.com site could add plugins if I recall correctly. However, now only WordPress.com sites with the Business Plan can add plugins – no other plan ever could.

  Could it be that the videos you are watching are for the WordPress.org platform? This would likely be the case if whoever is posting a tutorial does not have the Business Plan on WordPress.com but is uploading plugins
