  Hi @revuindonesia,

  Can you confirm once which plan you are using on WordPress.com?

  I want to mention that only a business plan allows you to upload custom plugins and theme. if you are using any other plan then you need to upgrade your plan to business or you can use premium plugins and themes provided by WordPress.com.
