  Hi eyattra,

  Custom plugins can be installed on WordPress.com sites using the Business plan (the eCommerce plan also supports WooCommerce). eyattra.wordpress.com is currently using the Free plan so you will need to upgrade before the option to install a custom plugin (or theme) becomes available.
