  hi i have another website
  Ksharim-travel.net
  And i am opening a new website.. in order to add the elementor plugin i have to upgrade my account to the business plan?
  I now have the premium plan

  Yes, you need to upgrade to the Business plan because the ability to install plugins is a feature included only with the Business or eCommerce plan.
