  After selecting the theme I wanted, why do I need to upgrade my before I can install my plugin?

  Due to security reasons, your free ssite is running on a shared platform, you can only install third party plugins (and themes) if you upgrade to a Business or eCommerce Plan which doesn’t run on the shared platform.
