  What is the URL of your site as you can’t install plugins on the wordpress.com platform unless you bought a Business Plan.

  Are you speaking of View? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Please contact support for the plugin you’re trying to use directly for help with this.
