  Then you have to hire web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG install. http://wordpress.org/

  Are you in the Enterprise league? It’s a $500. per year price tag http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/12/13/introducing-wordpress-com-enterprise/
  Or maybe your are in this league? http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase other than the Enterprise of VIP Hosting upgrades that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins.

  But those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins. Please read this comparison http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  there is no plugin on my wordpress blog as have got my own domain from wordpress thinking i will get the plugin but it was not there..

  please this my website from wordpress http://africa-football-academy.org/

  if you can help me were i can get the plugin as have check on my blog there is nothing like plugin that is install..

  i need you help please thanks

  You cannot have plugins on a Wp.com blog.
