  Hi jrsaao, there are a handful of ways to set up multiple choice forms, depending on what you need.

  Just as a few options, you could:

  – embed a Crowdsignal survey, poll, or quiz

  – Use a form with a Select element on it

  – Embed a Google Form

  – Add a Learning Management System plugin that administers tests and keeps scores

  – Set up a product with variations to choose from
