  I was wondering if there was a order limit plugin in where I only allowed customers to purchase 1 of every product per month. If they don’t purchase a product one month, they can purchase 2 the next, or 3 the month after (only if they don’t purchase that product).

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Yes, this will work for the most part. The developer mentioned that they can code the feature for the carry over of products.
