  Just to confirm here, are you hoping to add a plugin to the site raregemblogz.wordpress.com or another site?

  The site raregemblogz.wordpress.com is currently on our free WordPress.com plan. Plugins are not a feature of the free plan. To add plugins to this site, you will want to upgrade to the Business plan. The Business plan includes a ton of features, in addition to the use of plugins.
