  I am told I need to update my plugin from SIM to CIM with Authorizenet. I use Woocommerce and yesterday purchased a plugin, the Elavon Converge Payment Gateway as I was getting frustrated with Authorizenet’s lack of support. Now, after finally getting to talk to a knowledgeable person, she recommended the Authorizenet Payment Gateway CIM plugin. BUT now I am being asked to upgrade to a $40 per month business plan. This amount is too expensive. Why can I not upgrade the current plugin?

  What is the URL of the site in reference? I only see http://pgtaacom.wordpress.com under your account. If you have WooCommerce, you must be on a self-hosted site, which means you wouldn’t need a Business Plan. You’d only need a Business Plan if your site is hosted with us here, as sites hosted on WordPress.com require a plugin-enabled plan.
