    I’m not seeing add new option in plugin section
    Why?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    You’re not seeing the option to add plugins, because you’re currently on the Free plan. To access the ability to install plugins, you would need to upgrade to our Business plan or higher.

    That said, we understand that everyone has unique needs for their website, and plugins can provide some incredibly useful functionalities. If there’s a specific feature you’re looking for, I’d be more than happy to help you find out if it’s already included in one of our other plans. Often, many of the features people look for in plugins are already built into WordPress.com.
