  I need help adding a plug-in. There is no “add new” plugin function on the side bar. Was it removed?

  On wordpress.COM blogs you cannot install/upload plugins. There are no plugins for wordpress.COM. What plug-in where you looking to add, many of them have work-arounds/widgets or don’t really need to be added for a wordpress.COM blog. If you are set on using this plugin, you should consider a wordpress.ORG self-hosted blog.
