Plugin and theme upload failure

  Dear sir /mam
  I’m many Time try to upload theme and some plugin free version out side but every time failed why I don’t no I’m applying all my best tricks but not succes please help me email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  You can’t upload third party themes and plugins on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  I have managed wordpress basic plan I’m before use and after some days I’m delete my plugin and again reinstall but not able I’m also still use third party theme
