  Why am I not able to install plugins on my WordPress.com site? Free site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Custom plugins can be installed on WordPress.com sites only if they are on the WordPress.com Business plan. You can check this here. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Since you are on the free WordPress.com plan, you cannot do it. Free WordPress.com sites come with basic plugins that are important: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
