plugin bing translator

    I would like to add to my website the plugin ‘bing translator’ or another similar one to be able to translate myself the site.
    How can I do that ?
    I have tried to add a new plugin but this appears:
    ‘Uploading your own plugins is not available on WordPress.com.’

    Hello Celia,

    There is a bunch of plugins that are available on WordPress.com. Other plugins, like Bing Website Translator you mentioned, are only applicable to self-hosted blogs and websites using the WordPress.org software.
