  I just cant see any plugin button on my dashboard, how i get it there?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry, plugins are not allowed on blogs at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.
