plugin capacity dissappeared

  I have a WP blog set up with SEO Hosting. I have been trying to upload a plugin(phpBayPro for WP) and have been having trouble doing so. But now it seems somehow I just deleted the capacity for my WP site to have plugins. What should I do?

  If you are referring to your blog http://theartistswife.wordpress.com/, it has never had the capacity to add plugins. They’re not supported on WordPress.com blogs.
