Plugin caused 500 Error

  • Unknown's avatar

I was editing a flipbook (dflip) plugin and when I clicked upload after selecting my thumbnail image it redirected me to my url with the message showing 500 Error. Does anyone know how to fix the 500 Error or remove the plugin and re-upload it? The plugin isn’t showing itself in my active plugins in the WordPress customizer either. All help is much appreciated!!

    Hi reiddanyluk,

Reiddanyluk.com is not hosted by WordPress.com and this is a forum for WordPress.com users.

You have a self hosted WordPress.org website that is hosted by Oso Grande IP Services

For assistance with WordPress.org (aka self-hosted WordPress) websites please visit this page: https://wordpress.org/support/

To read about the difference between self hosted WordPress.org sites and WordPress.com sites, you can visit:
