  Hello ,
  I cannot find my plugin into my dash board !
  I want to set up my Google Analytics account as well as the Adsense one !

  Well on WordPress.COM blogs you cannot have plugins, and you certainly cannot have blogger initiated advertising. If you want these you should consider a self hosted WordPress.ORG site.
