We installed a plugin and it crashed our website. We are unable to access the dashboard to uninstall the plugin. Please help!!

It looks like it is a self-hosted WordPress site, not hosted on WordPress.com (you can read about the differences here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/).
You will need to contact your service provider for assistance.
