Plugin deleted wordpress page

  Hello I was trying to install a plug in that would put FB on the wordpress page of a business I work for (not for this account). Once I tried to install the plugin the page says this

  “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

  Please contact the server administrator, (email visible only to moderators and staff) and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

  More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

  Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

  I can no longer login to the business’s wordpress so I asked my boss for FTP access so I could go in and delete the Facebook folder but she says she doesn’t have access. I am hoping someone can help me out here, as we need the page back up today and I cant do anything without FTP access

  You are in the wrong forum and need to be at WordPress.ORG for that version of the software.
