  Hello! I would like to learn how I can put on the blog plugin Disqus Comment System.

  Disqus can only be used on WordPress.org installs. There is no FTP access to our blogs and we bloggers can’t install plugins. Only those with wordpress.org installs can use plugins http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
