Plugin Error

  I have had JetPack for WordPress installet do track my visitor stat etc. When I tried to update it to a newer version as it encouraged me to do, an error occured and suddenly it was gone. When I tried to install it again but then it said: “Destination folder already exists. /hsphere/local/home/majacronert/avintageloveaffair.se/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/” and “Plugin install failed.” How do I solve this? Also, I haven’t been able to delete the WP-statistics plugin that I tried some time ago but then deactivated becase I didn’t like it. It always says: “Can not show webpage” when I’ve pressed delete.
