  Hello. My site (scherer.ge) has an issue, there is a plugin error and the recovery link, you sent to me to deactivate this plugin and work on error isn’t working and I can’t access to the admin panel, when I click the recovery mode link it says that Recovery Mode not initialized.

  Thanks for writing to us. Unfortunately, the site in question does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, y’all are using a stand alone WordPress installation and a different hosting provider. Since the site is not on our servers we don’t have any access to provide further help.

  You can try asking your hosting provider for assistance. Otherwise, the volunteer network on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ is where you need to be. Good luck.
