Plugin Error. No access!
-
Not a very IT savvy fellow. I tried to install a Timer plugin but it gives me a big error that I don’t know how to resolve. Because I now have no access to the main menu to delete the faulty plugin.
Can anyone assist? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org. You have to solve this problem yourself; you find documentation and a forum for help at https://wordpress.org/

Hi there, @kianseng19!
The site you are having this issue with, the-reserve-residences-beautyworld.com, is not actually hosted here with us at WordPress.com. Instead, this site is a self-hosted WordPress site (hosted with Namecheap). This is different than WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a managed host for WordPress sites.
We can only offer support for sites hosted here with us at WordPress.com.
Should you need help with your self-hosted WordPress site, you will want to contact your host.
You can view the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
For additional help with your WordPress.org website, visit the support forum at https://wordpress.org/support.
