Plugin errors in web page

    Hi, i believe you all are doing good. I am completed a project now my client wanted some minor [spam link removed by staff] He want to change the permalink but the page editor plugin is not working. Perhaps I have to done this manually but I want to know why this plugin is not working properly.
    If anyone also facing this issue and got the solution then kindly help me.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
