"Plugin expired" warning after update – Germanized Pro

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,
I’ve updated my subscription to Germanized Pro (v3.3.2) and the basic version is active (v3.6.0), but I keep getting the following message at the top of the Plug-ins page: “Your Germanized for WooCommerce Pro license seems to have expired. Please manage your licenses”.
I am not sure what is wrong and whether the plugin is working properly. Any ideas, please? Thanks!

    Hi there!

Can you tell us the address of your site? I don’t see any WordPress.com sites so it’s possible the site you need help with is using the WordPress.org software and it’s hosted elsewhere.

There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

We aren’t able to help directly with WordPress.org sites, but we’re happy to point you in the right direction. In this case, I would recommend contacting plugin support for help. As the issue is likely coming from the plugin itself, the plugin support folks will be more familiar with it to troubleshoot the issue further.

    Regards

    Hi,
    Yes, it’s:
    timandsebastians.com

It is hosted by WordPress.com, not .org.
    Appreciate any assistance. Thanks!

  • Hello there,

It looks like timandsebastians.com is hosted hosteurope.de and not WordPress.com, which would make this is a self-hosted site that we’re not able to help with.

For further assistance with this plugin, you would need to reach out to their forums here: https://gpldl.com/topic/woocommerce-germanized-pro/

    I hope this helps.
