plugin failed to install
-
Trying to install Jetpack, I get the following abbreviated error message.
Destination folder already exists. /home/nwwoodwo/public_html/capts-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer
What do I need to do to get this plugin to install? How do I remove this folder and reinstall the jetpack plugin? I have 2 domains, a primary and a subdomain, The subdomain is strictly a blog, I don’t intend to seek out comments that would otherwise be posted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Your site http://nwwoodworks.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site. Please note that this is WordPress.COM and we are unable to provide support for any blogs that are not hosted here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Some JetPack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the JetPack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a JetPack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
