Plugin Feature not visible on Dashboard

  I mapped my domain (purchased) to my wordpress domain. I then realized I wanted to use plugins. So, I paid for hosting with godaddy. My FTP manager displays a plugin folder – however, the plugins option is not available or visible on my dashboard. Any recommendations?

  You’re probably looking on the wrong dashboard. Once you’ve mapped the domain to your godaddy site, you must log in over there, not over here.

  Thank you very much! Any idea how to log in via Godaddy?
  I see the FTP Manager but nothing with a short cut to author content.

  Have you moved your domain name over to the new blog? If so, you should be able to log in via http://Blogname.com/wp-admin.
