Plugin file size

  It doesnt make me upload a plugin becaus of the file size

  ‘Il file caricato supera la direttiva upload_max_filesize in php.ini.’

  How can i install it?

  But, I have verified that your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. In this case, you use the self-hosted version, the software of which is available on WordPress.org.
