Plugin for bookings

Hi guys, I’m hoping to find someone who’s experienced in using booking plugins that connects teachers to students. I’ve emailed several of the most popular plugin developers, but I can’t seem to find a solution.
Our to-be-developed site allows teachers and students to create an account. Students need to be able to sign up/pay for courses in their account. In turn, teachers need to be able to fill in their account when they’re available and see which students are in their class.
The plugins needs to be able to:
1. Set up courses with dates/times/location and maximum number of slots.
2. Let students book a course and make a down payment.
3. Let the teachers fill in for what courses/times/dates they are available.
4. Ability to integrate the courses for teachers in their account or calendar so that they see when they have class, and who signed up for the course.Hopefully, you can help me figure this one out.

I do not see any WordPress.com sites under your account, you’re probably using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
