Plugin for Calendar and Event Management that allows user submitted events

  Hey,

  I am running a self-hosted blog (saultimate.org) and am looking for a calendar / event manager type plugin that has the ability for users to create events and reoccurring events and for them to display on the calendar.

  Most importantly, for reoccurring events, I need for the plug in to auto-email the event creator every [30 / 45 / 60 / whatever] days to have them confirm the reoccurring event details are still up to date.

  Other than the initial installation and set up, I would like for this plug in to be fully run by the users, and not the web admin.

  Anyone know of a plug in (free or paid) that would support all of this?
