Plugin for Image on Hover

  I am trying to find out what the hover effect is when you hover over an image and the image moves slightly in – not a zoom – but just a slight movement of the image so you can see it better? I have searched all over and can’t seem to find this hover effect anywhere but I have it on a demo site and want to see if any wp plugins have that feature.
