  Pls suggest a free plugin to list company names – their description, visitor can add rate and also can write reviews about that company.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We can’t use plugins on WordPress.com. Only WordPress.org websites have that ability.

  Read the support doc at the second link above. WordPress.org sites are self-hosted, so you run your own website in its entirety. WordPress.com takes care of all the technical aspects for us so we don’t have to worry about coding, hosting, backups, etc. and if something breaks, they fix it. With .org you have to fix it yourself.
