Plugin for Listing Posts in Forum Format

    Hi. I would like to use WordPress for building a book through posts. What I need is a page that would display the relevant posts in a table of contents format that are typical in books, i.e. chapter/subheading. The posts will be in its own category with subcategories to divide chapters/sections. What I would like to have is a page that can collect all of this information and display it like a TOC.

    Are there any plugins that do this?
