plugin for manage simple db

    hello, need to put online a simple db i made with msaccess. It is a simple anagraphic db with, Name, id, gender,nationality, and similar.. Need to be able to insert data and to be able filter by 1 or 2 fields and get the number of records found.
    can you suggest a plugin that does that?
    and import data also from my access db? (anyway i can convert it in a mysql dmp also)
    trying to use some form builder plugi like ninja, formidbale and similar..but with free version can t really test
