Plugin for member management

    This blog/website was created for a non-profit neighborhood organization that relies on membership dues for funding. Ideally, we would like to integrate member management functionality with the site, so that people can join and pay their dues via this same site, and so that the organization can track membership and send email blasts. We are willing to pay for a plan that includes this functionality, but need a free hosting site. I would think other small, non-profit organizations would benefit from this also. Is there any possibility of the WordPress membership plugins being made added to the wordpress.com plans? Pretty please!
