Plugin for monthly PDF archives

Hello! I am working on finding a plugin or some coding for a local news website I volunteer for, all our local papers shut down. We are looking to create a weekly print archive that we can file with our local historical societies by sending them a PDF listing all the stories and making them readable, which the societies could then print for their hard-copy records. This is due to our state’s laws about print archives. Is there something available like this on WordPress? Thanks!
